Intel Pentium N3540 Graphics Driver

I use Acer Aspire E5-511-P7SJ with preinstalled windows.81. The system had Intel HD Graphics. I formatted the system and loaded windows 7 32 bit. After windows 7 installed, i am not able increase or decrease the brightness. How the problem can be solved? At present the system has Standard VGA Graphics Adapter. I tried to il HD Graphics driver from this link /23763/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-32bit During installation, it says ' the computer does not meet minimum requirements to install the software programme' What are the solutions? Please advice.
